Yoga Program
Fall 2008

Join instructor Skip Rector, as he leads you through a series of exercises that allow participants to reach for their best level. He combines Hatha, Kundilini, Astanga and Raja Yogas to create a complete workout with emphasis placed on stretching and strengthening the core of the body.

Meeting Times
Tuesdays and Thursdays.
5:30 p.m. -- 6:45 p.m.

Location
Room #245 Robert Scott Small Building.

Session Dates
Session 1: Tuesday, September 2 through October 21. No class on October 14.

Session 2: Thursday, October 23 through December 16. No class on November 25 & 27.

Cost per session
$ 42.00 ---- 1 time per week.
$ 70.00 ---- 2 times per week
