Yoga Program
Summer 2008

Join instructor Skip Rector, as he leads you through a series of exercises that allows participants to reach for their best level. He combines Hatha, Kundilini, Astanga and Raja Yogas to create a complete workout with emphasis placed on stretching and strengthening the core of the body.

Meeting Times
Tuesdays and Thursdays.
5:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.

Room #245 Robert Scott Small Building.

Session 1:
Tuesday, April 29 through June 17.

Session 2:
Thursday, June 19 - Tuesday, August 5.

$ 42.00 ---- 1 time per week.
