MES students, faculty, alumni, and friends joined together to celebrate the start of the MES 10th Anniversary Year with an Oyster Roast at Dixie Plantation on Saturday, October 11th.

Excellent local oysters, great music by Cary Ann Hearst (voted the Charleston City Paper's "Best Female Musician/Vocalist 2003") of The Borrowed Angels, and a beautiful location all made for a wonderful occasion.

Many thanks to the MES Student Association, the College of Charleston Alumni Association, and to everyone who made this event possible!
