Dean of Graduate Studies, Amy McCandless on Graduate Research and Presentation Grants: The Graduate School of the College of Charleston will begin awarding mini-grants to graduate students doing research or creative projects in collaboration with faculty Research Grants up to $500 per student per semester (summer session will be counted a s a single semester) and Research Presentation Grants up to $500 per student per semester. Students are limited to a total of $500 per semester. Funds are limited and awarded on a competitive basis by the Dean of the Graduate School upon the recommendation of faculty reviewers.
Assistantships are available to graduate students at the College of Charleston who have an interest in any field related to African American history and culture.
