We've got a lot of changes in store for the graduate program. We're recruiting now for the new African American literature concentration; we've got students already enrolled in the new internship hours (both students this semester are interning with composition teachers); comps are changing (see below);

New Format for Fall Comprehensive Exam

Beginning in the Fall of 2004, the comprehensive exam will follow a new format. We're doing away with the list of hundredsof terms for the "objective" portion of the exam.
