Survey Responses by School - 2004


    During 2003-2004, the College of Charleston awarded 2162 baccalaureate degrees to 1989 graduates. The School of Humanities and Social Sciences had the largest number of baccalaureate graduates (N=901), followed by School of Business  (N=409), School of Science and Mathematics (N=261), School of Education (N=229), and School of Arts (N=189).
    As Table 1 illustrates, the distribution of the survey population by school approximates the distribution in the target population. A total of 252 baccalaureate recipients (12.7% response rate) returned the alumni questionnaire.
