Salary Information - 2002

Tables 20 through 24 provide information on salaries paid to 2002 graduates immediately after graduation.  Seventy-eight percent (N=217) of the respondents provided salary information.

Consistent with the 2000-2001 survey of alumni, male graduates reported higher average salaries than did their female counterparts (see Table 21).

Table 22 compares estimated average salaries for three geographical areas. The table suggests that graduates working in the Southeast - Outside of SC have the highest average salaries ($29,348). Graduates with jobs in the United States - Outside of the Southeast, have the next highest average salary ($28,203).
