Of the employed respondents from the Class of 2002,
males (55.4%) were slightly more likely to see their jobs as being moderately to highly related to their major
than females (58.9%). When this same group was surveyed one year after graduation, men (57.1%)
were more likely to state that they felt their jobs were moderately to highly related to their majors than women (54.8%).
