Survey Responses by School - 2002


    During 2001-2002, the College of Charleston awarded 1870 baccalaureate degrees to 1757 graduates. The School of Humanities and Social Sciences had the largest number of baccalaureate graduates (N=808), followed by School of Business  (N=334), School of Science and Mathematics (N=234), School of Education (N=220), and School of Arts (N=151).
    As Table 1 illustrates, the distribution of the survey population by school approximates the distribution in the target population. A total of 267 baccalaureate recipients (15.3% response rate) returned the alumni questionnaire.
