Salary Information - 2003

Tables 20 through 24 provide information on salaries paid to 2003 graduates immediately after graduation.  Approximately eighty-six percent (N=254) of the respondents provided salary information.

Consistent with the 2001-2002 survey of alumni, male graduates reported higher average salaries than did their female counterparts (see Table 21).

Table 22 compares estimated average salaries for three geographical areas. The table suggests that graduates working outside of South Carolina and the Southeast have the highest average salaries ($32,734). Graduates with jobs in the Southeast - outside of South Carolina, have the next highest average salary ($28,014).
