Status - 1999 Baccalaureate Class
Twenty percent of the Class
of 1999 provided information for this study. Table 5 shows the response
distribution by post graduation status. Compared to last year’s results,
there was an increase of 5% ( 85%) of the graduates who are employed either
full-time or part-time. A total of 29 unemployed respondents (9%) indicated
that they are not seeking employment. Only 19 graduates (6%) were unemployed
and seeking employment as of December 31, 1999.
When compared to the Class of
1998, the percentage of graduates who are employed full-time increased
slightly from 70.3% to 74.1%.
