Post Graduation Status by Gender - 2000

Table 6 compares the post graduation status of male and female graduates. When full-time employment is considered, it appears that the percentage of graduates who secured full-time employment is higher for males (84.5%) than  females (73.7%).    When this graduating class was surveyed one year after graduation, males (72.9%) and females (70.8%) were more similar in terms of holding full-time employment.
