DEGREE AUDIT—Tool for Advising
Your degree audit lists information regarding your current academic pursuits including Institutional, General Education, Major (with concentration if applicable) and Minor requirements. It is a dynamic document that changes every time your academic record changes. These updates are included in the final determining of whether or not you have successfully completed your graduation requirements. You and your advisor have access to your degree audit via Cougar Trail on the Web.
Exceptions to catalog degree requirements (if applicable) must be sent from the department to the Registrar's Office. Exceptions must be on file in our office before they will be added to your degree audit. Failure to get proper documentation in a timely manner can cause delays in clearing for graduation.
To view or print your audit, sign on to your Cougar Trail account, choose Degree Audit (located under Student Records) and follow the instructions. You must report any problems or discrepancies in this audit to the Graduation Area of the Registrar's Office and to your advisor.
If you have more than one major and have a problem printing one of the major audits, please come to the Registrar's Office for assistance.
