The MES reading room is now open for business. Regular hours are M-F 9-5 but you can now contact Mark to get your own key to the building so you can have 24 hour access.

MESSA's biggest event, the MESSA 8k for H20, is fast approaching. We're currently looking for recipients for this years donation and seeking sponsors for the race!

The Master's of Environmental Studies Student Association (MESSA) is a graduate student organization of the College of Charleston. 

The goal of MESSA is to enhance the graduate experience of those in the MES program through community and campus outreach projects that integrate the special interests of students with community needs, and through interaction among students, faculty, and friends of the program. 

All graduate students enrolled in the Master of Environmental Studies program are members of MESSA.  MESSA holds informal meetings every month, which are open to all environmental studies students and faculty, as well as individuals interested in the activities of the program or the organization.
