Luncheon Theme:  "Branching Out to All Disciplines; Rooted in a Common Cause"

11:00 Welcome and Introductions by Dr. Mark Bebensee
11:05- 11:25 Quality Enhancement Plan Overview by Harry Carter
(This issue was specific to improving the Fourth Class System with regards to academics/military conflicts.)
11:30-12:45 Lunch and Table Discussions
This is the faculty development program similar to CofC's CETL. Meetings are held monthly during an attractive buffet lunch. Tables are mixed by discipline to encourage dialogue among departments.
Cadets are usually included to add student perspective to issues. Facilitators are appointed to keep the discussions on track, moving toward an end product for sharing with the entire body.

A problem or issue is decided upon prior to the meeting by the CAC committee members to be
presented to the attendees at large. The results are presented to the president with strong
anticipation that any recommendations will be seriously considered.
