· On-site support in establishing collaborative governance structure, using inquiry-based decision making, coordinating resources and focus of partners, and encouraging accelerated learning strategies in classrooms · Professional development targeted to school needs through workshops, mentoring, graduate courses · Networking with other PFA schools to share successes and troubleshoot problems |
