Mission:

The College of Charleston's CMLA supports middle level teacher education at the university, state, and national levels, promotes participation at local, state, and national conferences, and encourages experiences between CofC teacher education candidates, local schools, teachers, communities, and elementary and middle school students through various service-oriented projects.
