Lobby Display Guidelines

The format is PowerPoint Show. Please do the following before sending to Chris Scott .

Choose Slide Transition
- Uncheck Advance Slide on Mouse Click
- Check the Advance Slide Automatically After (4 or 5 seconds) box
- Click on Apply to All Slides
Click on Slide Show/Set Up Show
- Show type
  - Browsed at a kiosk (full screen)
- Show options
  - Show without narration
Click on File/Save As and choose Save as type: PowerPoint Show (*.pps)
Click on Tools/Save Options
- Check the Embed TrueType fonts box
