Faculty Publications and Journals
Chrestomathy
The College of Charleston's journal for outstanding undergraduate research in the humanities and social sciences is published once a year in the fall. This project offers students within the School of Humanities and Social Sciences even more opportunities to gain valuable insight and experience in various fields of study while working closely with members of the faculty.
Crazyhorse
A biannual literary journal that has been in continuous publication for nearly 50 years. The publication includes the entire spectrum of today’s fiction, essays and poetry from the mainstream to the avant-garde, from the established to the undiscovered writer.
Illuminations
An annually published literary journal that seeks to provide new writers from around the world with a magazine in which their work can appear alongside that of already- established writers.
Miscellany
A journal of poetry, prose and visual art that is published annually in the spring. Produced entirely by College of Charleston students, submissions to this publication are open to students, faculty and staff.
