Charles K. Biernbaum received his B.S. from Wake Forest University and his Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut. His current research interests are: Ecology and biogeography of marine and freshwater crustaceans, especially amphipods. He has been published in the Journal of Natural History, Journal of Crustacean Biology, Estuaries, and Journal of Experimental Marine Biology and Ecology.
