Marion T. Doig, III received his B.S. from the College of Charleston in 1966 and his Ph.D. from the University of South Florida in 1973. In the past he has served as the President of CofC Alumni Association and as the Mebane Chair of Chemistry and Physics for 1988-89. His research interests include: Marine natural products, neurochemistry, and cancer chemotherapy.
