My husband, Bob, and I lived in Sherman, Connecticut on Candlewood Lake for twenty-two years where we raised our three sons. We came to know and love the College of Charleston seven years ago when our middle son decided to attend. Subsequently, our eldest son transferred here as a junior, and then our youngest son followed suit. We became actively involved with College of Charleston as members of the Parent Advisory Council, where I chaired a committee that worked very closely with the Office of Admissions.

The fact that our three sons decided to make Charleston their home during and after college, prompted my husband and I to relocate here. In October 2007, I was thrilled to join the College of Charleston's Admissions staff where I now serve as liaison to the Parent Advisory Council, and assist with Visitor Services and Special Programs.

The information on our website will provide a glimpse of what this fine, historic institution offers but I hope that you will arrange a visit, to experience first hand what makes this Liberal Arts and Science college so special.
