Registration:

TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE IN THIS INSTITUTE, please complete this application and mail a check payable to College of Charleston-OPDE. You should also include a copy of your teaching certificate. If you are not a certified teacher, you must provide us with an official copy of your transcript showing your most advanced degree.

There is a $100 registration fee if paid prior to May 1, 2008. The late registration fee of $150 will apply to registrations received after May 1, 2008. No registration will be accepted after June 10, 2008. DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS June 10.

By Mail – Print Registration Form (.doc), complete and mail to address below.

By FAX – Print Registration Form (.doc), complete and fax to (843) 953-4819. Registration is completed when payment is received in the Office of Professional Development in Education.

Note: All checks or money orders should be made payable to to 'College of Charleston-OPDE'.
