Saints and Pilgrimage Around the Atlantic February 20-22, 2004 The Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies at the
College has teamed with CLAW in organizing this interdisciplinary event
which will examine the cross-cultural nature of religious pilgrimages in
the Atlantic World as well as the various cults of saints that developed.
Along with a plenary speaker, sessions will consist of panel discussions
of the papers, which participants and audience members will read in advance.

papers. All sessions will be held in Arnold Hall in the College
of Charleston’s Yaschik/Arnold Jewish Studies Center.
