Cardholder Responsibilities

What do all cardholders need to know?

First time cardholders will receive and be required to sign a Cougar Card Agreement when the card is issued. Copies of the student card agreement and employee card agreement are available online as pdf files that require Adobe Reader.

Cardholders are responsible for being informed of all policies and procedures regarding the Cougar Card. The card is non-transferable and can be deactivated immediately. It is an honor code violation to use a Cougar Card that does not belong to you, or allow another person to use your card for any purpose.

A cardholder who is unsure of fees, policies or procedures should call (843) 953-1100 for clarification.
