Conclusion
There are as many opinions about including technology in the classroom as there are school administrators. For every study that shows multimedia does not affect student learning (Brooks 20), there is another study comparing the benefits of multimedia in the classroom to the best advantages of a liberal arts education (Wight). What we hope to leave you with today is the sense that you can use technology as an opportunity to guide and enhance learning with the ultimate result of enhancing your students' critical thinking skills.

We hope you've found this exchange of information useful. We would like to invite you to contribute to a public forum created to discuss using the Web as an effective teaching tool, "beyond bells and whistles."
