Bio Greg Schneiders prime group Greg Schneiders is a partner in prime group, formerly SDS prime. Previously, Greg was CEO of SWR Worldwide, the research subsidiary of Weber Shandwick, the world's largest public relations agency. Greg began his career in research and communications with President Jimmy Carter, first as a campaign strategist and then as Deputy Assistant to the President for Communications. While at the White House, Greg directed the Presidential speechwriting office, advised the President on long-range communications strategy and directed the President's reorganization of federal emergency services, which resulted in the creation of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Greg also served as Director of Communications for the Senate Democratic Policy Committee, as Press Secretary for Senator John Glenn, and as campaign pollster for Bruce Babbitt's presidential campaign. Among the hundreds of clients Greg has advised are:
Greg is a graduate of Georgetown University and has taught political communications at Georgetown and the University of Pennsylvania. He is a frequent public speaker on politics and communications and has contributed regularly to The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, and Washington Journalism Review as well as making frequent appearances as a television commentator.
