Tim Klein

Cingular Wireless

Klein is the Vice President of Public Relations for Cingular Wireless, overseeing all of the communication and public relations responsibilities for the company. Klein began his public relations career in 1981 at Georgia-Pacific Corp. He then joined BellSouth Corp's public relations department in 1985 and held various roles until becoming the Executive Director - Strategic Communications in 1998, working on the overall communications strategy for the $24 billion telecom company. He was named to his current position with Cingular Wireless shortly after its creation in mid-2000.
