Housing Cost Comparison

The type of housing you choose to live in significantly affects the cost of your education, especially when looked at over time. On average for 2008-2009, on campus students at the College of Charleston spend $3090 per semester and off campus students spend $3421 per semester on housing costs. If you are spending more than this or concerned about budgeting or future student loans, you may want to consider other housing arrangements or Residence Hall options. The Housing Cost Comparison assumes a student lives in the residence halls for the fall and spring semesters only and uses the current residence hall rates.
