Technical Support for Guest Speakers
The Information Technology Department can provide limited support for Guest Speakers. Requests that are submitted at least 10 days in advance will allow the IT Department to scheduled the necessary technical support and to ensure that the availability of requested technology, especially after 5 PM.
Requests can be coordinated by email to Stephen Baker, the IT Classroom Manager at bakers@cofc.edu, by calling 953-3375 and pressing option 1, or send your request via email to helpdesk@cofc.edu.When coordinating your Guest Speaker event, IT will need the following information.

- Date and time of the event
- Building and room where the event will be held
- Specific technology requirements
