Your Cougars account permits you to access your student e-mail on Edisto, your personal Web space on Edisto (stu.cofc.edu), access public terminals located throughout campus, the Student Computing Lab in Addlestone Library, CampusWide wireless network, and computers in computer classrooms. In order to access these services, you must first activate your Cougars account via CougarTrail. Here's how:

  1. Log on to CougarTrail.
  2. Select the College menu, and then click on Set Your Cougars Password.
    College menu in CougarTrail.
  3. A popup window will appear:
Popup window to reset Cougars password
  4. Type your password twice as indicated, and click Change Password. This will fully activate your account and grant you access to the wireless network, computer labs and classrooms, and public terminals. If you experience problems, please contact Student Computing Support.

Now that your Cougars account is activated, please see the following pages to learn how to log into classrooms and labs on campus, and configure the wireless network.
