Reporting Solutions at the College of Charleston

As the College of Charleston currently does not have a data warehouse, there is also no standard reporting tool supported on campus to be used by the College's data stewards. It is the charge of the Office of College Information Services to head the BATTERY Reporting Team in researching and choosing an analytic reporting tool that will provide campus users with the most flexible reporting solution, utilizing the College's data warehouse. The evaluation and selection process of the available, compatible reporting tools is a part of the College's ERP implementation to begin in late summer 2008.

There are several ways currently to get "information" from the College's mainframe systems.

CONNX - for access to CONNX, contact the Helpdesk.
FOCUS - for access to FOCUS, contact the Helpdesk.
SAS or SAS Enterprise Guide - for access to SAS/SAS EG, contact Michelle Smith
