Equipment Loaner Program
The Faculty Technology Center has a variety of equipment that can be signed out by faculty to support their academic endeavors.

Guidelines
- Equipment loans are intended for faculty for official CofC business.
- The maximum loan period is 3 days.
- An orientation is required for first time use of any equipment and a signed Department IDT is required for each loan period to cover reimbursement for lost or damaged equipment. Note: your department will not be charged if the equipment is returned in working order.
- Faculty must personally pick up and drop off equipment in Room 322, JC Long Building during the hours of 8:30 AM -4:30 PM, Monday-Friday
- Please allow 15 minutes for equipment inspection when the equipment is returned.
Reservation Procedures
- Reservations should be made at least 7 days prior to desired use. This ensures that the classroom that will be used can be verified to have adequate wireless connectivity.
- The lab needs to be checked out in its entirety. Individual components may not be reserved.
- A one-time training session is required before a first-time reservation. Subsequent reservations will not require a repeat of this session.
- A signed IDT will be required each time the lab is checked out. Note: your department will not be charged if the equipment is returned in good working order.
- To reserve the equipment, call 3-5569 or contact your school's instructional technologist.
