
Welcome to Faculty & Staff technical support at the College of Charleston! The mission of the College of Charleston Faculty & Staff Helpdesk is to provide a quality Computer Helpdesk service to campus faculty and staff by answering phone inquiries; dispatching technicians to install, troubleshoot and maintain campus computers; supporting computer software and email; resetting passwords; performing ongoing operations; and providing personal assistance in order to increase users’ productivity and success. In addition, the Helpdesk staff will foster an environment that provides faculty and staff computer training; maintains informational resources that track, resolve, and offer solutions to problems; and allows for self-help.
