Hours of Operation
For the best possible support, Helpdesk encourages you to send e-mail to helpdesk@cofc.edu with your request. Helpdesk phone support is also available from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. When using phone support, use option 1 to report classroom trouble, option 2 to report telephone trouble, and option 3 for computer problems.
Scheduling Appointments
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please call 953-3375 or e-mail us at helpdesk@cofc.edu to schedule an appointment.
Submit Work Orders Online
We also offer direct work order submission via our self-service helpdesk feature.
