Technical Support for Guest Speakers
The Information Technology Department can provide limited support for Guest Speakers. Requests that are submitted at least 10 days in advance will allow the IT Department to scheduled the necessary technical support and to ensure that the availability of requested technology, especially after 5 PM.
When coordinating your Guest Speaker event, IT will need the following information. Requests can be coordinated by calling 953-3375 and press option 1, email the IT Classroom Manager, email one of the Teaching Learning Technologists, or send your request via email to helpdesk@cofc.edu.
Requested Information
In order to process your request, please provide us the following information:
- Date and time of the event
- Building and room where the event will be held
- Specific technology requirements
