To contact Student Computing Support, you can:

- E-mail StudentComputingSupport@cofc.edu;
- Bring your laptop to the Student Support Desk in the Addlestone Library computer lab anytime between 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday. The Student Support Desk currently performs malware removal (viruses, spyware, etc.), general troubleshooting, setting up the CampusWide wireless network, and limited data recovery from floppy disks. We cannot perform hardware repair; which is why we recommend extended warranties with your computer purchase. If in the course of troubleshooting your computer that hardware repair appears necessary, we can you to a local place to have the work performed.
