Standards and Service Level Agreements for Software

The Information Technology Department has created standards for software. The standards reflect those software items that the Classroom Service and Support Center currently maintain. In order to provide the highest quality maintenance for the technology based classrooms, the use of approved software is a must. Any use of non-standard software can significantly reduce the ability of the Classroom Service and Support Center to provide service. There may even be cases where the use on non-standard software may require the service and support to be out sourced.

The standardization of software is essential in reducing the complexity of providing service and support. Software standards are identified in the Service Level Agreements for Classroom Software Standards.
