Welcome to the web pages for the Information Technology Division at the College of Charleston.
Information Technology is the name of the new IT services delivery organization, which is composed of units and staff formerly associated with Academic Computing and Administrative Computing & Telecom (ACTS).
Rather than organize our web pages along the lines of the new organization chart, however, we present information here in ways designed to make it easiest for you to locate and acquire the information and services you seek. You will find pages devoted to:
- Setting up College Accounts - E-mail, Cougar Trail, Cougars, WebCT for faculty, staff and students new to the College;
- Accessing Help - Technical support and technology-enhanced teaching and learning;
- Technology Available - Enhanced classrooms, hardware, software, systems infrastructure (networking, security); and
- Background Information - Policies, mission, projects, organization chart, and personnel directories.
