Technology Based Board/Conference Rooms
A “Technology Based Board/Conference Rooms” is defined as a boardroom or conference room that emulates a “Laptop Ready”, “Smart Classroom” or “Computer Classroom”. These rooms are used to support senior level management in their day to day business.

- Some of the rooms are built exactly like technology based classrooms. Plasma or LCD Screens are used to replace the projector and screen. Several of these rooms have telephone conferencing capabilities. Each room must be carefully analysis and if additional equipment is required the IT Classroom Manager with the Project Sponsor will be required to identify the additional requirements which will be incorporated into the design of the training room.
