Procurement Panel:
The two main responsibilities of this group are to assist in the writing of the solicitation and to evaluate the bids. There will representation from faculty, Information Technology, Procurement and Academic Affairs/Administration. Members (TBA) have voting capabilities.
Key Stakeholders:
The responsibility of this group is to provide input regarding product support (infrastructure and student use) and administration. There will be representation from Information Technology and Academic Affairs/Administration. Members (TBA) do not have voting priviledges.
