Australian metric cookery units

Most are very close to their traditional "English" values.

A cup is 250ml or slightly more than 8 ozs
A teaspoon is 5ml or about 1/6 oz
A dessertspoon is 10ml or about 1/3 oz
A tablespoon is 20ml or 2/3 oz (beware, a US tablespoon is smaller: about 15ml or 1/2 oz)

If you also note that 30g is about one ounce and 1kg is about 2.2 pounds, all should be well.
