• Section 2.6, Exercises 3, 4 and 8.
• Section 3.1, Exercises 1, 2(a), 9, 10.
• Section 3.2, Exercises 1, 4, 5(a).
• Section 3.3, Exercise 2.
• Section 3.5, Exercise 1.
• Section 3.6, Exercise 1.

I expect the last one in particular to lead to some discussion in class, so please try to start on all these exercises this week.

Some computer work in involved, and there will be some time to address this in this Thursday's lab session.
