The Active Data Calendar is an easy-to-use tool for posting events on the College of Charleston website. The calendar includes detailed descriptions and information about each event, including the time, location, room number, map links, e-mail links, Web site links, and other important details. The calendar can also support photographs, podcasts, video and more.

Calendar Entry Approval

In order for College Calendar entries to be approved on the same day as the submission, entries must be submitted during non-holiday business hours, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Calendar entries submitted after hours or on the weekends will be approved in order of submissions beginning at 8:30am on the next calendar business day. Requests for exceptions to this rule due to special circumstances must be made during business hours at least 24 hours in advance of the submission and directed to Stan Gray by email at grays@cofc.edu, or by phone at 843.953.5496.
