Alternative Break
Students will spend the weekend before MLK Day in Atlanta, Georgia, exploring the impact of a life rooted in community activism.

Peace March and Rally
Meet at Cougar Mall
5:00 p.m.
Featuring the Reverend Lisa Hawkins and John Bello-Ogunu, the Charleston Development Academy’s Singing Eagles Concert Ensemble and the College of Charleston’s Gospel Choir, as well as a screening of
Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream” speech.
