Course Request Form for Fall 2008

Before submitting this request, please be sure that these courses will not create a time conflict with another class and that they will not put you over your allowed credit limit. If you exceed 18 credit hours, you will need to obtain permission from the Office of Undergraduate studies to carry the extra hours. If there is a problem with registering you for these courses, you will be notified by e-mail.

For applied music courses (indicated by the MUSP acronym), note that section numbers ending in 1 are for 1 credit hour (30 minute lesson per week) and that numbers ending in 2 are for 2 credit hours (one hour lesson per week). Please be sure that you are registering for the correct level. MUSP 200-level courses are for the first four semesters (8 hours) of study. MUSP 300-level courses are for students who have completed 8 hours at the 200 level but who have not completed a junior-standing jury. MUSP 400-level courses are taken after the junior-standing jury is passed.
