Outstanding Student Achievemnets
- Our students have won major prizes in many competitions, most recently
at:
- State, division, and national levels of the Music Teachers National
Association.
- South Carolina and Mid-Atlantic Regional competitions of the National
Association of Teachers of Singing.
- Arthur Fraser Piano Competition in Columbia, SC.
- Guitar Foundation of America International Competition.
- Schadt String Competitions.
- Our majors have also been soloists with the Greenville, Columbia,
and Charleston Symphonies in South Carolina, and the Allentown in Pennsylvania.
- Three of our students formed the Terranova Trio and completed a 16-performance
tour of Latin America during the summer of 2006.
