Best Buddies is an international non-profit organization aimed at enhancing the lives of people with intellectual disabilities through one-to-one friendships and intergrated employment. The CofC chapter was started in the fall of 2006 and as a college chapter is focused on creating special friendships between college students and members of the Charleston community with intellectual disabilities.
