T-SHIRT SALE

Anna Wade and Tressa Page will be in Cougar Mall (outside of Maybank Building) selling t-shirts during the fall open house.
EDUCATION OPEN HOUSE
When:
OCTOBER 3, 2007 - 11AM to 2 PM
Everyone is invited to drop in from 11-2 on Wednesday October 3, 2007 and tour the new education building. There will be tours given, a chance to meet the professors and even FREE ANDOLINI'S PIZZA. Also CMLA will be there with many different ways to become involved.
"FALL INTO LEADERSHIP" LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

Where: Stern Center
There is registration for this conference, and it is due by September 28.
It can be faxed to 843 953 6456 or dropped off at the Higdon Student Leadership Center, 69 Coming street. There are forms in Dr.Treahy's office. You will get a free t-shirt along with free breakfast and lunch. A great opportunity to network as well as professional development.
"CORRIDOR OF SHAME" SCREENING
When: OCTOBER 24, 2007 - 7PM
Where: Admissions Auditorium
The film
highlights the neglect of South Carolina's rural schools particularly in the I-95 corridor. It is very important for educators to see. It will be shown October 24, 2007 at 7pm in Admissions Auditorium and after the film there will be a panel discussion consisting of Bud Ferillo, the producer of the film, among others. This is put on by the SC Student Legislators.
