This one-day conference was held on Saturday, September 13, 2008.
It was co-sponsored with the Department of Student Life and the Student Government Association (SGA).

Participants had the opportunity to learn their role as a campus leader, to network with other organizations, and how to create a community of leaders for the College of Charleston.

Mandatory sessions were held on budgeting and risk management for all participants.

This conference is required for presidents of all registered and sanctioned organizations at the College of Charleston.

2008 Keynote Speaker was T. J. Sullivan

T.J. Sullivan

T.J. Sullivan has spoken to more than a million students since 1990.

He worked for his national fraternity,
is a past staff member of the
BACCHUS and GAMMA Peer Education Network,
and co-founded CAMPUSPEAK in 1999.

He has been recognized with top national awards from the Association of Fraternity Advisors and the North-American Interfraternity Conference for his work with students on issues ranging from HIV/AIDS awareness to alcohol abuse.

At age 38, T.J. is one of the best known names in college programming, having keynoted every Greek regional conference at least three times.
